Under our management philosophy of prioritizing human rights, we monitor human rights status across the board to preemptively detect any violation of employees’ basic rights.
To that end, we adopted multi-pronged measures including a survey on human rights, violation risk monitoring, sexual harassment prevention training, disability awareness training, and workplace bullying prevention training.
In Celltrion, there are health spaces where employees can get health consulting and vaccination and an in-house psychological consultation center that supports their mental health with regular work stress tests and professional one-on-one consulting programs.
